Order Processing Times

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic delivery.
- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with expedited shipping selected at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-volume seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- This email will contain your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Obscartel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
