All sales are final. Because our items are sold on a final-sale basis, we do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or is defective upon delivery, we will make it right.
- You must contact us at Obs_cartel@hotmail.com within 2 days of your package delivery date.
- Please include your Order Number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement of the exact same item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Obscartel is not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered by the postal carrier. Please contact your local post office or shipping provider directly with your tracking number to resolve delivery issues.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
